The European Climate Foundation (ECF) is a foundation under Dutch law (Stichting).
The ECF was established in The Hague in early 2008 as a major philanthropic initiative under the name “Stichting European Climate Foundation”.
Our mission is to support organisations and activities that improve lives, influence the public debate on climate action, facilitate urgent and ambitious policy in line with the objectives of the Paris Agreement, and help deliver a socially responsible transition to a sustainable economy in Europe and around the world.
