The Climate Chance project is organising an eMag around what role sub-national levels play in the planning and implementation of multi-level adaptation policies in Europe. The eMag has a dual format: a live online session featuring representatives from European territories, experts and field actors from the climate community, followed by a print and web magazine, all fully bilingual (French and English).
