Delving into access modes, categories, conditions, as well as associated legal, financial, and administrative frameworks, the workshop serves as a forum to share insights, examples, and best practices. It will also scrutinise contractual matters, rights and obligations of TIs and users, as well as the relevant aspects of data management and intellectual property rights. Ultimately, the workshop sets out to identify the existing bottlenecks that impede broad and effective access to TIs. It aims to explore potential support schemes available for SMEs and startups navigating the technological landscape. Tailored for TI managers, private and public users, stakeholders, and the broader community of infrastructures servicing industrial users, the workshop's working sessions will provide inputs for shaping access standards.
