PFAS Restriction: No information, no derogation!

A broad restriction on the use of PFASs in Europe has been proposed in March of 2023, in essence aiming to ban all uses of PFASs. Currently only important uses proven to lack alternatives have been granted time-limited derogations. However, for several uses, industry did not provide sufficient information.
