The activity “SEAFUEL – Renewable Fuels for Transportation” will take place from June 11 to 14 at the ITER facilities and will consist of guided visits to the Renewable Energies Trail of ITER and an introduction to the SEAFUEL project, which will be complemented by a practical workshop on hydrogen and its application to the transport sector.
This activity, to be developed by the Tenerife Energy Agency (AIET) in collaboration with the Institute of Technology and Renewable Energies (ITER), will focus on awareness-raising actions on the use of hydrogen produced by renewable energy sources and seawater as an alternative fuel for transport under the SEAFUEL.
These action is part of the dissemination and communication plan of SEAFUEL project, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, that is aimed to promote the project and increase awareness and public acceptance of the hydrogen technology.
