To benefit from trade opportunities offered by the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) between the EU and Canada, and to discuss the related achievements and challenges one year after CETA’s preliminary application, the CETA Market Access Program for EU Businesses is organising a Workshop in Toronto on 8 November 2018 for EU business.
The high-level Workshop will bring together EU and Canadian trade representatives, EU Member State chambers of commerce, European businesses in Canada, consular officials, and other relevant stakeholders. At the Workshop renowned experts will deliver presentations on CETA implementation, European businesses will share their Canadian market experience, and finally, experts and practitioners will speak about the standardisation of goods, IP rights’ protection, and labour mobility under CETA.
