Join Heat Roadmap Europe at this year's European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) to foster the decarbonisation of the heating and cooling sector
On 7 June 2018, the Heat Roadmap Europe (HRE) project is hosting an interactive panel session on “Shaping an integrated market for hot findings and cool solutions at EUSEW 2018. The debate aims to introduce attendants to effective market tools, transferable practices and cutting-edge Heating and Cooling (H&C) solutions that are driving the decarbonisation of Europe's energy systems.
With the latest findings of the Heat Roadmap Europe (HRE) flagship research initiative building the framework, the expert panel will seek to encourage the rethinking of Europe’s H&C through holistic and next-generation solutions and to present technically and economically-feasible pathways to decarbonise H&C.
The panel is made up of high profile experts in the sector of district heating and cooling, EU energy policy, European business associations as well as local government and energy planning experts:

Visitors of the HRE networking stand will be presented with the most comprehensive energy system analysis to date, and are invited to exploit HRE tools firsthand. HRE experts will provide on-the-spot training for attendants to perform their own analysis. Initial results will provide the basis for exploring together the most fitting solutions for each visitor within key decarbonisation marketplaces: district H&C, decentralised renewable solutions and H&C savings
The HRE networking stand will be open on 5 June 2018 14:00 - 17:30 CET (Residence Palace - Rue de la Loi 175).
The session is taking place on 7 June 2018 11:00 - 12:30 CET in Brussels (Residence Palace, Rue de la Loi 175 or Charlemagne building, Rue de la Loi 170, tbc).
