What are the future perspectives for liquid energy sources? To what extent can they contribute to achieving Europe’s climate policy goals?
Eurofuel, the European Heating Oil Association, is delighted to invite you to discuss these topics with renowned liquid fuel experts and practitioners at a Technical Workshop on Future Liquid Fuels – Potential to reach European climate policy goals.
This workshop is addressed at liquid fuel and heating professionals, as well as other interested stakeholders. Coming from various European countries and professional backgrounds, our speakers will present the diversity of new liquid fuels, from second and third generation biofuels up to “e-fuels” generated with renewable electricity.
Experts will also discuss the development potential of these new fuels and their possible role in tomorrow’s energy mix, more specifically in the residential heating sector, in order to reach Europe’s climate protection objectives.
The Technical Workshop will be part of the EU Energy Days. We invite you to look at the programme of the EU Sustainable Energy Week in Brussels and other Energy Days events across Europe.
The programme aims to bring political, scientific and industrial perspectives to this issue, as well as concrete examples of future fuel production and distribution. Sufficient time will be ensured for questions and discussion with the audience, as well as networking.
We look forward to welcoming you in Brussels for a fruitful discussion about tomorrow’s energy supply!
