Breakfast at Sustainability's (B@S) is a series of conferences focused on urban sustainability topics organised by ICLEI and hosted by local, regional and national representations in Brussels.

UrbanWINS analyses how cities consume resources and products, how they digest them, and how they eliminate the waste produced. By understanding their urban metabolism, cities can better decide how to improve their plans to reduce, reuse and recycle waste - moving from a linear urban metabolism to a circular one.

Based on the results of the analysis, plus the contributions of stakeholders, the cities will develop and test eco-innovative plans and solutions aimed at improving waste prevention and management. The goal is that these strategies can be replicated or adapted by other cities in Europe.
