The circulation of knowledge at the regional level

It is intended that the outcomes of this workshop will feed into current thinking for the interim evaluation of Horizon 2020 and the future research and innovation strategies and programmes.

The ‘Optimal Circulation and Transfer of Scientific Knowledge’ is one of the priorities of the European Research Area roadmap. Removing barriers to the wider circulation and greater use of knowledge will lead to increased growth and competitiveness for Europe. This workshop organised by ERRIN but with the collaboration of the ERA Stakeholder Platform organisations and DG Research and Innovation will examine how to successfully transfer knowledge at the regional level with high-level speakers and practical examples.
