Summer Course on Mediation, ADR & ODR

Participants in this summer course will also have the opportunity to visit the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg

ObjectiveThe purpose of this course is to introduce lawyers to the law and practice of mediation. This interactive course will provide the legal background, practical skills and mediation techniques.  Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through exercises, workshops and a full day of mock mediation in which active participation is encouraged.
