The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus (founder of Grameen Bank, microfinance) defines a social business as a non-dividend company that solves a social problem and is financially sustainable.EuCham - European Chamber organizes the Social Business Forum 2015 with the aim of raising awareness and spearheading new social business initiatives in the private, public and NGO sectors.
