Greenlight for girls is an international organisation dedicated to inspire girls of all ages and backgrounds to pursue STEM subjects by introducing them to theworld of science in fun and exciting ways!We are having our first g4g day in Athens 2013 on October 12th.For those that may be new to all this, we had put forth an idea on ways to encourage girls in STEM subjects and careers.  Since that moment, one little idea became many great activities and because of a great network of people like yourself, greenlight for girls (g4g) has reached over 6,000 children, worked with 800 volunteers, conducted over 40 events in 5 continents – and most of all, have inspired lots of greenlight children and adults to have a bit of fun in math and science.  As we like to say, anything is possible and that is how we feel as we continue to grow.We now bring the orgaisation to Greece and look forward to engaging the girls in Athens and sharing with them just how fun science can be!
