FP7-Autumn Academy

Spend a week with the experts!

The FP7 - Autumn Academy 5-day intensive course is being organised due to great demand received after the Summer Academy. The success of this type of course has proven that there is a growing need for learning about the EU funding programmes, especially FP7, as the projects of 2012 will be developed throughout the autumn period. Participants at the Autumn Academy will learn the differences of FP7, CIP, LIFE+, LLP, how to identify and submit a proposal in FP7, experience the entire life-cycle of an FP7 project, including financial reporting and cost allocation, and will have the opportunity to enjoy the best that Budapest can offer. The Autumn Academy is the perfect example of business meeting pleasure... Would you be interested only in the proposal development phase or only in the management phase, we provide the opportunity to enrol only the first or second half of the training. Autumn Academy is the ultimate solution for project managers from universities and organisations to learn how to develop proposals and manage EU funded projects while relaxing and enjoying Budapest. The course will be held at the Hotel Novotel Budapest Danube**** and will begin with registration at 9.00 on 17 October and conclude approximately 13.00 on 21 October 2011. Information concerning the venue and accommodation options will be sent upon registration. Workshop on EC proposal development and project management: 17-21 October 2011, Budapest, Hungary Proposal Development (3 days) Introduction to FP7Call analysis - effectively navigating through the maze of EU fundingInstitutional support, Community Programmes and tendersIntroduction of successful project proposals from 2007Proposal development - competing with the bestMoney - the budget, cost statements and allocation, financial reportingWhat happens after the submission - Evaluation of proposals. The participants will develop a demo proposal in groups to be evaluated by the experts.
