2nd African Culture and Democratic Dialogue

The focus of this conference is, participation of migrants in peace building and local development projects in Africa.

The wave of unrest in North Africa has become a nightmare for most dictators in Sub-Sahara-Africa. What are the necessary positive steps that the Sub-Sahara-Africa governments need to take to improve the living conditions of the people in oder to prevent these kind of unrest in future? What are the roles of African leaders in resolving political crisis like we witnessed in Kenya, Zimbabwe and their efforts in Ivory coast and its outcome? What efforts are African leaders and their partners making to prevent these kind of post election crisis in future? What roles did social inequality inAfrica play as one of the factors giving rise to the unrest?The effect of bad governance as a push factor for brain drain in Africa. What roles should African Diaspora play in the protection of African peaceful demonstrators from brutal and excessive use of force by various governments?
