Negotiating with Russian counterparts is a half-day cultural awareness training workshop that provides essential practical skills for achieving improved outcomes to business and institutional negotiations with Russian counterparts.

The course enhances the ability of leaders, managers, lawyers and negotiators to:I. Understand the decision making system in Russia and the relations with the authorities.II. Manage cultural issues and achieve maximum results negotiating with business and government contacts in Russia.III. Understand Russian attitudes and approaches to negotiating and resolving conflict.IV. Take practical steps to adapt negotiation strategies to the Russian business, institutional and cultural environment.The workshop includes real-life case studies and offers opportunities for hands-on practical negotiations exercises.
