FEANTSA, in collaboration with the European Committee of the Regions, has organized this seminar to look at the impact of the economic crisis on the profiles of homelessness, and the impact on budgets and strategies. The draft programme is now available. It includes speakers from the European Commission, the municipalities of Cologne, Utrecht and Gdynia, Poland as well as speakers from organizations such as Crisis UK and Caritas Spain and local government representatives from Ireland and France.The working languages of the seminar are French, English and Spanish.Registration is open till the 20th of April and a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved in central Brussels.
