UCPM A training catalogue for civil protection and disaster management professionals

In October 2001, the European Union established the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM). The UCPM aims to strengthen cooperation on civil protection among EU Member States and UCPM Participating States and to facilitate coordination in the field of civil protection in order to improve prevention, preparedness and response to disasters.
