Psychosocial risks in education: understanding work-related factors affecting teachers’ well-being
This report examines psychosocial risks (PSRs) in the workplace and work-related mental and physical health outcomes in the education sector. The results combine a scoping literature review and interviews with key stakeholder representatives from the sector. The study also provides ten examples of good practices that can be implemented to prevent and manage PSRs and improve mental health and well‑being among teachers.
