Innovation for place-based transformations. Collection of practices

The practices collected here include initiatives taken around Europe with different degrees of transformative innovation. They provide a short summary of what cities, regions and Member States have done to innovate for societal well-being. They can be used to get inspired from examples that illustrate activities and actions described in the ACTIONbook and/or a to contact the leading person or office to initiate a peer-to-peer exchange. They either involve partnerships across departments or across territories and engage a broad of stakeholders.
