The Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2021-2024 brought a paradigm shift from equal opportunities to diversity and inclusion. Its effective implementation showcased the GSC as a diverse and inclusive workplace, inter alia, by winning the European Ombudsman Award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion in 2023. Building upon progress made so far, our vision for 2030 is to enhance diversity and inclusion while ensuring unity in the GSC, in line with the EU motto ‘United in Diversity’ and our core value of ‘esprit de corps&rsquo
