Common procurement actions - For national contracting authorities

Common Procurement Actions (CPA) under the European Defence Industry Programme (EDIP) aim to reduce the fragmentation of the European defence market and to increase interoperability by incentivising Member States and Norway to commonly procure European defence products. EDIP dedicates EUR 240 million in support of CPA by funding up to 25% of the estimated value of the common procurement contracts with a maximum EU contribution of EUR 20 million per project.
