A cities guide to reskilling the local workforce - Introduction to launching a local or regional skills partnership

The Intelligent Cities Challenge (ICC) is a European Commission initiative that supports cities in using cutting-edge technologies to lead the intelligent, green and socially responsible recovery. ICC cities and their local ecosystems will be engines for the recovery of their local economies, create new jobs, and strengthen citizen participation and wellbeing. The first phase of ICC supported a total of 136 cities in the period from 27 January 2020 to 30 November 2022. The ICC is continued by the second phase launched on 1 December 2022 –
