ECAS is a Catalan Federation of Social Action Organizations that work with vulnerable groups at risk or in situations of social exclusion.

Currently it comprises 85 NGOs serving more than 795,000 people annually, employing 8,500 professionals and 4,000 volunteers.

The organizations that form ECAS, focus on the following areas: Work placement, Gender, Prisions, Families, VIH/AIDS, social exclusion and immigration.
