CECED acts as a dialogue partner with the EU's political and regulatory institutions & interacts with media, non-governmental organizations representing different interests & other interested parties.

CECED provides a forum for the industry to reach consensus on issues of common interest such as product/process standarisation & regulatory initiatives.
