AESGP is the official representation of manufacturers of nnon-prescription medicines and food supplements in Europe.

AESGP was founded in Paris on 3 February 1964 to contribute to the improvement of responsible self-medication at the European level and to ensure that the views and interests of the manufacturers of non-prescription medicines and self-care products - including food supplements and self-care medical devices - in Europe are recognised in pharmaceutical and health matters.
