together with Ireland’s Road Safety Authority (RSA), Department of Transport (DoT) and the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), hosts a live online information session for light commercial vehicles (LCV) drivers and operators engaged in international carriage of goods or cabotage.
The session explains the EU rules under Mobility Package I that start applying to LCVs engaged in international carriage of goods or cabotage from 1 July 2026, with practical information on topics such as driving and rest times, posting of drivers and what to expect during enforcement checks.
