It addresses important issues around employment relations and aims to find appropriate mechanisms, practices and initiatives for a timely anticipation of the skills needed in the future and to achieve the benefits and added value that AI could bring for employers and workers by providing new labour market opportunities, new ways of organising work and improvement in working conditions.

The final conference will take place in Sofia, on 27 March 2026, where EU-OSHA will present the findings on digitalisation of its latest ESENER survey.
