The European Training Institute is delivering a new edition of its flagship training "Understanding the basics of EU secondary legislation - Delegated and Implementing acts" on 30 September 2025.

In the coming years, many such acts will be needed to implement legislation from the Von der Leyen I Commission and the Green Deal. How are these acts adopted?
