Competition Law Enforcement and Regulation in the Digital Economy

Advanced Competition Law Training

Objective

This seminar is part of ERA’s series of advanced training on EU competition law.

It is aimed at providing legal practitioners with an overview on competition law enforcement and regulation in the digital economy, in the application of both Articles 101 and102 TFEU.

 

Participants will be able to discuss the practical challenges raised by digital markets and to deepen their knowledge through workshop exercises and case studies.
