From Data to Directive: Confronting Work-Related Psychosocial Risks in the EU

This event will take place on 28 April 2025,  the World Day for Safety and Health at Work and will be focusing on work-related psychosocial risks, including work-related stress, burnout, harassment and job insecurity.

These hazards have become among the most pressing occupational health challenges across European workplaces.

During the event, the latest ETUI research publications on the prevalence, economic impact, and prevention of psychosocial risks at work will be presented.

These reports provide critical evidence for shaping stronger protections for workers’ mental well-being.

Xabier Irastorza, Senior Research Project Manager at EU-OSHA will present the latest findings from ESENER 2024 on psychosocial risks.
