The event aims to bring together all key adaptation stakeholders and trigger urgent action to improve climate resilience in the Adratic-Ionian Region.

It will allow for an in-depth exchange of views of the EUSAIR countries, as well as EU and UN institutions and financial actors.

Emphasis will be placed on sharing challenges, experiences and good practices for climate-proofing infrastructure, support sustainable tourism and improve climate resilience of cities and communities.

It will also offer the opportunity to identify joint climate challenges, shape solutions and leverage funding to boost adaptation action through the implementation of the European Strategy for the Adriatic-Ionian Region (EUSAIR).

The event is organized by the Hellenic Presidency of EUSAIR and the LIFE-IP AdaptInGR project.
