EUSPA has been actively supporting drone operators and gathering insights into their operational needs.

In response to feedback from drone operators and representatives of EU Member States, and to complement the previously developed video, an EGNSS hands-on training for drone operators has been created.

The training is designed to be highly practical, demonstrating in an operational setting how to activate EGNOS in drones and highlighting the added benefits of using EGNOS and Galileo features, such as the High Accuracy Service and OSNMA authentication.

Held at key industry events like Amsterdam Drone Week and Airspace Integration Week in Madrid, the training has already been attended by a dozen drone operators.

It will continue to be offered at major industry gatherings or hosted in an EU Member State based on demand.
