This event will mark the official launch of EIT Community Hub Spain, an initiative by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), designed to connect businesses, startups, universities, research centers and institutions with the most innovative resources, expertise and funding opportunities offered by the EIT Community.

Co-organised by CDTI, the event will feature key representatives from the innovation sector at both European and Spanish levels, including representatives from the EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) in the country.

It will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the possibilities this platform offers to boost innovation and collaboration across Spain, with a particular focus on the Canary Islands.

Among the speakers, Antoni Pijoan, Managing Director of EIT Manufacturing West, will offer insights into the future of the manufacturing sector during a roundtable discussion from 10:20 to 11:00, which will provide an overview of the initiatives with EIT representatives in Spain.

The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participation online or onsite, and it will be conducted in Spanish.
