The field of heating and cooling has been predominantly male for decades, with a very low percentage of women.

However, in recent years, there have been significant advancements in the inclusion and participation of women in this sector.

Despite this progress, men continue to be the dominant gender, and the rate of women in Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVACR) remains very low.

 While strides have been made, women’s representation in space cooling and related fields remains low, highlighting a need for further support, visibility and opportunities.
