  A brand new initiative by EIT Food, Europe’s leading food innovation initiative, working to make our food system more sustainable, healthy and trusted.

FoodUnfolded is an exciting new digital platform and community where you can rediscover the origins of food, from how food is made, where it comes from and how new technologies and innovations can help make the future of food more sustainable and healthy.

There are so many ideas and processes that go behind making and eating food and FoodUnfolded is unfolding these areas one by one.
