) Members of the ECON commission are scheduled to debate and adopt two draft opinions:  A strong European defence industry - Rapporteur: Fernando LOPEZ MIRAS (ES/EPP) Supporting SMEs in regional value chains – fostering the proximity economy - Rapporteur: Oszkár SESZTÁK (HU/ECR)​ ​ECON members will also hold a debate on the implementation and enforcement of EU Trade Policy, following a presentation by Geraldine EMBERGER, Adviser on Free Trade Agreements Coherence, at DG TRADE, European Commission.
