EIC ePitching on Food & Agritech

The European Innovation Council (EIC) is calling all EIC-funded innovators in the Food and Agritech sectors to apply for its online ePitching, on 4 December.

Selected beneficiaries will get to pitch their solutions to a panel of top-level jury members, including investors from Astanor, Creas, Demeter, Givaudan International SA, Matterwave Ventures, Telos Impact, Voima Ventures Oy and World Fund.

When filling out the form, please note that you should provide the information of the person attending the pitching session, as they will be featured in the event brochure.

 

Despite the recent slowdown in investment, Food & Agritech remain key areas of focus for policymakers and investors.

With climate change and overpopulation placing unprecedented pressure on the world’s agriculture, technologies that can power resilient, sustainable food systems are still high-value investments.

The EIC ePitching on Food & Agritech is connecting the EIC awardees behind these groundbreaking solutions with investors from some of Europe’s leading funds.

 

 

If selected, EIC beneficiaries will get to pitch their innovations in front of some of the most qualified European investors, with the added benefit of receiving exclusive training and the possibility of being invited for one-to-one meetings and follow-up.

Please note that priority in the selection process might be given to EIC companies that have not participated in previous EIC Business Acceleration Investor Days or ePitchings or raised capital in the 12 months prior to this ePitching.

 

 

In order to qualify for selection, you must complete the form.

Please make sure the information completed allows EIC to verify your eligibility for the call (I.

e fill in correctly the project number, acronym).

 

Please note that your profile will be shared with the session’s jury members, who will base their selection on the information you submitted, as well as their investment preferences.

Any information you submit is also liable to be shared in an upcoming call for investors, as well as an event brochure.
