The PLAN4CET Transition Expert Series is a training programme designed to empower local and regional teams, business professionals, and stakeholders to lead the Clean Energy Transition.

Running from November 2024 to February 2025, this series features five “Common Grounds” webinars that provide practical insights into the latest EU clean energy policies and tools.

Developed by the LIFE PLAN4CET project, these sessions are particularly aimed at those in Skåne, Navarra, and the Parma province.

The first session, "Breaking Vertical and Horizontal Silos in SECAPs Development and Implementation", is scheduled for 20 November, followed by “Let’s Boost the Clean Energy Transition with Energy Efficiency” on 2 December.

Each webinar offers a valuable opportunity for participants to engage directly with experts, gaining insights into energy efficiency, nature-based climate solutions, district heating, and the role of energy agencies in the clean energy movement.

Attendees who complete all five sessions will earn a certification acknowledging their dedication to the clean energy agenda.
