Objective

This online seminar provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the rights of trans and intersex individuals. It evaluates the current policies and strategies of EU institutions and the Council of Europe, in addition to providing an overview of the role and the case law of the CJEU and ECtHR.

Lastly, the seminar sheds light on the recent developments on a national level regarding the protection of trans and intersex rights.
