The Climate Chance organisation invites local actors from European cities to present projects that have used nature-based solutions to improve urban resilience to climate change, but also to cope with the interlinked crises of biodiversity, water and health.

Climate Chance is an international network, funded by a wide array of financial partners including from Europe, focusing on the implementation of the objectives of the international agendas on climate, biodiversity and desertification, to support achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
