Alain presently serves as Founder, Interim Manager, and Consultant for Restructuring, Transformation, Refinancing, and M&A at Alebimta / Alpaha Consulting - a Switzerland-based team of corporate experts with deep and high-level experience and networks in the UK, USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The Alebimta / Alpaha Consulting Founder also sits on the boards of the Innovation Forum (Switzerland), TMA Europe (United Kingdom), and the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (United Kingdom and the Netherlands).

Notably, Alain has 30+ years of experience and expertise in restructuring, refinancing, M&A, and governance, with a proven track record in fraud and financial crime prevention, assets tracing and recovery, litigation advisory, and good governance.
