Participants are challenged during workshops to develop a small country risk model and develop scenarios for the country risk of China. All participants further write a country risk report about two countries and get personal tutoring during the process. Leonhardt will provide tutoring sessions to give participants the opportunity to make the most out of their assignment. Leonhardt has developed a moderating style that creates an atmosphere of "constructive disagreement". This allows for a continued dialogue with and among the participants. The advantage of this method is that students can also learn from each other, instead of getting stuck in ‘right-wrong debates’.
