The use of serious game in healthcare is growing up rapidly.
During the 2012 SEGAMED conference, a national and european overview has been has been shown regarding methods, tools and future.
As the Continuous Professional Education (CPE) is being set up, the High Healthcare Agency has chosen the simulation (so the serious game) as one of the six CPE modalities.
The SEGAMED 2013 conference is dedicated to the gamification process in healthcare.
Four topics are proposed: the pathology, the public health context, the targeted audience, the location.
A call for proposals is mainly organised to cover these topics but will let sessions for demos as it was done last year.
Deadline: August 15,2013The 2013 SEGAMED conference is followed by a one day international master class, October 14th.
The purpose of this class is to go deeper in the gamification process.
The audience is mainly composed of designers, health care professionals, health care managers who want to learn how to define and structure the design and the use of a serious game in health care.
