This innovation will foster a renaissance in the European production of permanent magnets, securing the supply chain for materials that are essential for electronic vehicles and pump motors, and promoting the transition to low-carbon mobility.

The second edition of the Salon de l'Immobilier Bas Carbone (Low Carbon Real Estate Show), which took place from 20 to 22 September 2023 at the Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris, was once again this year rich in meetings and demonstrations of know-how for the entire sector real estate. Placed under the high patronage of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic and opened in the presence of climatologist Jean Jouzel, the SIBCA, co-organised by France Conventions and the BBCA Association, brought together 8,750 real estate professionals who design, build, renovate, operate major urban projects and the buildings of tomorrow as well as institutional investors, financiers and many local elected officials, key players in the sector.Since its launch last year, the ambition of SIBCA has been to present the excellence and low-carbon know-how of the real estate sector and to highlight the most exemplary low-carbon achievements.
